Cal Import Auto did a fantastic job, their customer service and accomodations exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back. Or should I say, I hope I won't be back soon, but if something happens to my BMW, I will take it back there for sure.
I always take my car here for an oil change. The mechanics and people behind the desk are always very friendly. They have found other things wrong with my car (spark plugs etc.) and always quote me and tell me exactly what this would do to improve my car's service. They are never pushy, just very informative. The prices are fair also. Being the daughter of a mechanic, I would highly recommend California Import Auto for all of your car's needs.
My appointment was on time and my alignment was finished when promised. I am a return customer and have referred friends to NCA.
I bought new tires and came in to have them aligned and decided to have the brakes looked at also. They were great with me, replaced the rotors and used the new pads that were just put on by the dealer. the car feels great now!!! the appt was on time and the time they said it would completed was on the dot.
Although I think I should have done some more cost comparison, the service couldn't have been better. Everyone was incrediby nice and my car is now in tip top shape!
I was in recently for a smog check. They were right on time with my appointment. Everything was completed in less than half an hour. The shop is CLEAN and the service is friendly but professional. My son's car needs an alignment. Not only will I go back again because of my experience, but the retailer where we just purchased tires for his car recommended North Coast Alignment very highly.

Not many auto serve shops you find have a serious following. This is one that does. Great folks and honest, solid serve with work you can trust. Not many auto serve shops are in the same league. They know their customers by name. Heck, they their customers pets by name. Just does not get any better.
