I had my Acura repaired at North Coast Alignment this week. I am so happy with the way the car is driving now. The customer service at this shop was unbelievable. Shaun was terrific. The car was not drivable when I brought it in. Shaun arranged for a driver to take me home and pick me up when the car was ready. Goodbye Acura Dealer - I will not be coming back with my car. North Coast Alignment is my repair shop of choice from now on. I will be telling everyone I know about this excellent experience.

I brought my Porsche in for brake work and an overall check up. These guys are fantastic! They are very thorough and do great work. They also back up their work. It's great to have a shop that's honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Took vehicle in for a smog and evaporation test since it was a '95. Got right in and out....staff was courteous....experience was great, and used an online coupon to save $15.

NCA installed 2 struts, 2 shocks and performed an alignment service on my 2000 BMW 528i with 110,000 miles. This was my second visit to NCA. {previous visit 8 months prior, unrelated to this visit, also successful} I find the staff at NCA to be very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The work was performed correctly and my car ready on time as promised. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. My car drives/handles like new again. I recommend NCA without reservation.

While I didn't compare their pricing, I did got a good work. What impressed me was when I went back to have a related suspension problem looked at, they took the time to analyze, and fix the problem for free. Free is pretty hard to find these days. While there were no parts involved in the fix, just an adjustment, it did take an hours time. I'm pleased.
