I have always received excellent service at California import auto. I've been taking my cars there for ever and have never been disappointed

Last week my car scraped a curb and put a hole in my oil pan, resulting in losing all my oil on the garage floor. CIA not only got me in the same day to repair, but drove me home and picked me up at the end of the day. They also raised the car so I could look underneath and see for myself what happened.

First time I used California Import Auto to service my Audi A6. Paul was fantastic with his communication, providing me regular status updates was extremely helpful. They were able to get my car right in and paid extra attention to detail in their 36 point inspection. I was able to have them correct some minor issues before they became serious/expensive problems. I had my Acura repaired at North Coast Alignment this week. I am so happy with the way the car is driving now. The customer service at this shop was unbelievable. Shaun was terrific. The car was not drivable when I brought it in. Shaun arranged for a driver to take me home and pick me up when the car was ready. Goodbye Acura Dealer - I will not be coming back with my car. North Coast Alignment is my repair shop of choice from now on. I will be telling everyone I know about this excellent experience.

I brought my Porsche in for brake work and an overall check up. These guys are fantastic! They are very thorough and do great work. They also back up their work. It's great to have a shop that's honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
