Very quick for a smog check. A little on the expensive side, but they took great care of everything.

As always, I found the work that was done on my car was outstanding. However, I do find the prices charged to be a bit more than what I have paid in the past for similar work (i.e. the hourly shop rate for labor).

Service was delivered promptly. I always have to trust that the mechanic has been truthful in diagnosis and doing what needed to be done, so on good faith I assume that I did indeed need all that $800 worth of brake work and that it was done properly. The brake chirping is gone now, which is why I brought it in. Thank you.

I was so pleased about not having to replace the flywheel, I didn't think to ask why you thought it needed one in the first place, since it was apart and you examined it.

Great Service. Kind Staff. This review is well overdue, I went to them back in July of this year(2014). I went in for loud "road noise". My car sounded like an airplane or muscle car every time I drove above 10mph. The noise was not fixed but they did see other issues. I was told I was in need of a lot of repairs which I agree were probably due since I've never had any major work done to my 2005 Ford Focus. The noise was better( but not gone) after the other repairs were done. North Coast isn't the only place to tell me the noise is probably due to age of my car. So I cant say I am dissatisfied, however the noise has become worse the past month which makes me believe there is a resolution out there somewhere. Anyway, back to the actual service, I was given free rides to work and a rental while they worked on my car. Everything was always explained and no hidden fees. To be honest, I really am happy with the service even if the main issue I came in for was not fixed.

they did a quick check of my car, nice enough to schedule me in, right away. The cost was fair but could be less, charged $56 for lifting car, checking underneath, I told them to check the distributor, I think they opened it, and said that rotor was loose and bad. But they forgot to lock my car . the left it open, overnight, with keys inside.
