Update to my post of 7 days ago. Within an hour of posting our review the owner reached out to my wife to discuss her experience, and was sincerely apologetic for the experience she had with his staff. He wanted to make it right immediately letting her know that he was going to refund us for the cost of the oil change (the credit occurred within 24 hours), and then said he wanted to perform an alignment for us at his cost since we had the car aligned there a year ago. While our first review was less than positive, we were impressed at the desire to make it right and earn our business back. We took the car in yesterday for the alignment, which true to his word was performed at their cost. We will certainly give them another shot at keeping us as a client. Thank you for going above and beyond for making things right.
