Came in for an alignment but the technician found that my front wheels were also bent in fairly significantly. My tires had worn badly and my tires made a "dragging sound" for YEARS when I tried to do a sharp U - turn. My kids hated driving my car, because it is such a soccer mom car, and because of the noise it made with tight turns. It does have 140,000 miles on it, but, looks as good as new on the outside. I was thinking of getting rid of it next year, as it will have about 160K miles on it.....but, after the alignment, new shocks, and straightened wheels, I am so enjoying that car again....it is as if it is really new, smooth and sporty.....I am in love again, just like when I first got the car. And, I learned that I should have it aligned at least every 12K miles. Thank you North Coast! Great attention, great diagnostics with graphics for a Mom to see and conceptualize....great service!

The NC Alignment crew pleasantly surprised me. I took my rare care (546 produced, total) in for an alignment, printing out relevant shop-manual pages because I was certain they would not have the info at hand. In reality, their alignment system had full notes and specs for this unusual car and they were able to correct most of the issues. Only the lack of appropriate shims kept them from doing the full job. When I offered to source the shims, they said they'd finish the job when I brought them back in. They're a great resource to enthusiasts like me.

Very good experience. Shawn explained all the issues and the possible price ranges to fix the car. Once they saw the problems they fixed it quickly and accommodated my schedule. The price was fair and they gave me a ride back home! Nice, honest people.

I think that, generally speaking, Nick and his staff do an outstanding job. Nick is very personable and is considerate of his clients. Sometimes the timing of a job is a little tricky, but I understand that in this business it is difficult to be precise. Nick was very thoughtful to us. We appreciated that.
