The pricing was very reasonable and Sean, the gentlemen that was running the office, was extremely friendly, helpful, and did not try to hard sell any other work on vehicle, though he informed me of issues I might want to consider taking care of in the near future. Excellent customer service and on top of all that, they were really quite fast at getting my vehicle finished. It was my first visit but I will absolutely be back when I need work done on my vehicles.

I made an appointment for a Smog Check. Came in at 8AM and was out by 8:35AM or so. Good customer service, I will definitely come back.

I immediately felt comfortable when I walked into N Coast Alignment. It was a nice feeling since that is usually not the case regarding auto shops. I believe Shawn is who I dealt with at the front desk. He was easy going and explained everything that they were doing and why. He spoke in a car language that I could understand, while not once making me feel like he was talking down to me. I didn't feel ripped off which gives them a golden star in my book. The car was done exactly when he said it would be as well.
