Brought the car in with a maintenance light on. Was diagnosed when they promised. It turned out to be minor and we were out within a few hours. Very timely, friendly and honest!

I was at the beach and my car stated acting super wired. It was not getting power to the radio and stalling out. I had it towed to California Import Auto. It turned out to be just the battery but they put a new one in right away and reset my radio. I also had a burned out headlight and the mechanic replaced for free! They even had dog treats for my pup!! I will totally bring my car back again!

Took two cars in for alignment - Lexus and Miata. Turned out that the Miata had a brand new bad radial tire that I had just put on it and it was pulling to the right. Shaun said to take the tire back to where I got it. No problem, they replaced it right away and made copies of his invoice. The only caveat with them is space is very tight at their shop so either leave the car in the parking lot overnight putting the keys in the door slot OR arrive right at 8:00 am for your appointment. Very satisfied with the service here.
