These guys were a dream. I've taken my 2002 M3 to them for an oil change and a burned out convertible motor - and both times, they went out of their way to give me a great price. I was expecting more than a grand for the convertible top - without labor even - but walked away for way less than that. These guys are nice guys, nothing shady about their business, and I've verified all their work myself. Good stuff. Way cheaper than the dealer.

I wouldn't consider taking my Lexus to another shop for an alignment, or as I now know many other type of repairs. They are knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I made an appointment and was out quickly.

Had my first alignment here this week, and they were fast, friendly, did what they said for the price they quoted. And there was a sweet lab there to greet me when I came and when left. I also needed a battery for my car fob - and had looked at several locations (no one had my #) North Coast had the battery and GAVE it to me, since I had my alignment there. I'm sure it would have been $100 at the dealership! Thanks North Coast, you rock!
