As always I am delighted with the customer service from Brian and all the staff at California Import Auto.They always fit me in to their busy schedule and I am confident that they check out everything on my almost 10 year old Honda Pilot each time I bring it in for a tune-up. If there is any out of the ordinary work to be done they call first and my car has been well taken care of for the past 4 years I have been coming here.

I'm not sure what you charge for labor on an hourly basis. My last visit was $600 for labor which seemed kind of high for one days work. I am very pleased with the service I get from Cal Imports, and will continue to take my car there.

My Jeep needed an oil change. After taking a look at it, the team decided it would be best to do the 120,000 mile service early. I really appreciated the team being proactive about taking care of the car ( and Me) and avoiding breakdowns on the road.
