Once again, Sean and North Coast Alignment have gone to great lengths to fix my 12 year old car! As a retired, single teacher, I hear hilarious tales of car nightmares! You guys found a rattle in my Mercedes that I've been fighting for 5 years. 2 Dealers and another shop couldn't figure it out and you guys spotted it when doing an oil change! And then you fixed it for free!! I'm blown away. You've got my business.

I had been overcharged and when I called to bring it to Brian's attention he refunded the money that I was due. This impressed me so much that I plan to return to the shop for any future repairs.
