The NC Alignment crew pleasantly surprised me. I took my rare care (546 produced, total) in for an alignment, printing out relevant shop-manual pages because I was certain they would not have the info at hand. In reality, their alignment system had full notes and specs for this unusual car and they were able to correct most of the issues. Only the lack of appropriate shims kept them from doing the full job. When I offered to source the shims, they said they'd finish the job when I brought them back in. They're a great resource to enthusiasts like me.

I needed my brakes fixed really badly and I was referred by someone at a tire store to North Coast Alignment. Although it was a costly repair, I didn't feel in any way like I was being "oversold" on anything. Shawn was very helpful and explained exactly what they would need to do to in order to fix my car. Everyone in the shop was very nice and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
