Last week my car scraped a curb and put a hole in my oil pan, resulting in losing all my oil on the garage floor. CIA not only got me in the same day to repair, but drove me home and picked me up at the end of the day. They also raised the car so I could look underneath and see for myself what happened.

First time I used California Import Auto to service my Audi A6. Paul was fantastic with his communication, providing me regular status updates was extremely helpful. They were able to get my car right in and paid extra attention to detail in their 36 point inspection. I was able to have them correct some minor issues before they became serious/expensive problems.
