Service was pleasant and efficient but I feel that I was given one quote over the telephone to entice me to come in and them when I was there I was given a quote that twice the original price! I provided my year/make/model over the telephone so I feel that I should have been given a realistic quote at that time!The service time was efficient and the fact that they have a car shuttle to take you home and pick you up so that you do not have to wait in their small facility was a plus.

My only issue is that the tire air pressure light went on 2 days after I was there concerned tire pressure was not done

Consistently good service over the years I have used them...and at prices less than a dealer.

As always, I found the work that was done on my car was outstanding. However, I do find the prices charged to be a bit more than what I have paid in the past for similar work (i.e. the hourly shop rate for labor).

I was so pleased about not having to replace the flywheel, I didn't think to ask why you thought it needed one in the first place, since it was apart and you examined it.

Very pleased with the service and picking me up to pick up my car when it was finished was delightful !

The service was excellent but I am not happy being quoted a price for the auto work at $1550 and then being charged $200 more when I received the bill.

"As Usual" I received excellent quality service, work completed on time and friendly phone call that your car is ready for pick up.
