First time I used California Import Auto to service my Audi A6. Paul was fantastic with his communication, providing me regular status updates was extremely helpful. They were able to get my car right in and paid extra attention to detail in their 36 point inspection. I was able to have them correct some minor issues before they became serious/expensive problems. Had the hood shruts replaced and right indicator repaired in a timely manner. I dropped off my car using their dropbox. I wish they had called be in stead of me calling them after 5 hours to make sure they got my keys and the car. That's why I am giving them 4 star.
