Cal Import Auto did a fantastic job, their customer service and accomodations exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back. Or should I say, I hope I won't be back soon, but if something happens to my BMW, I will take it back there for sure.

I always take my car here for an oil change. The mechanics and people behind the desk are always very friendly. They have found other things wrong with my car (spark plugs etc.) and always quote me and tell me exactly what this would do to improve my car's service. They are never pushy, just very informative. The prices are fair also. Being the daughter of a mechanic, I would highly recommend California Import Auto for all of your car's needs.

Although I think I should have done some more cost comparison, the service couldn't have been better. Everyone was incrediby nice and my car is now in tip top shape!

They work on top of the line vehicles.This is a premium shop that will treat you, and your car with utmost care, and they are terrific mechanics! The shop is small, but absolutely immaculate-I swear you could almost eat off the floor!!! The rates are fair, and certainly can compete with any other shop around. They care about their relationship with their customers and it shows in their customer service and follow-through correspondence. I have been going to Cal Import for years, now. I've had Cal Import service my cars and family for over 20 years. They run an honest and have staff that have been with the company for many years. The office manager, Nick, really knows his trade and is very attentive to customers. I give Cal Import my highest recommendation.
