I have a little story here that speaks to the quality of service of this facility's staff.A few days ago I was trying to wash yet another bunch of bugs off my windshield when the pump ran dry. I forgot about this in the events that culminated in a new axle for my truck, and it was not until the next day when I was paying for gas in LA that I remembered, and bought a jug. However when I went to put it in I discovered that the truck's receptacle was full. I took the jug back for a refund, and as I was given one the puzzled clerk asked me why. I told the story of how the mechanic who had fixed my truck must have filled my windshield washer tank too. This brought a smile to the face of everyone present.Thanks again, California Import Auto.

I have been here twice now, once for an oil change and once for a malfunction light on my car. Both times the service was great, fast and easy. What prompted me to write this review was the amazing customer service I experienced last week with my check engine light. They ran a test to confirm a previous mechanics' diagnostic and went through the "Hassel" of researching what that meant for my car. Turns out there was a recall for this specific problem and it could be fixed free of charge via my dealership. That said, it was comforting to know they cared enough to assist and confirm the previous error reading (free of charge) and then were honest enough to tell me it was just a software update that could be performed via my dealer. I will be bringing my car back here for all future needs!
