Took my vehicle in without an appointment, Brian and the staff at Cal import where happy to get my car in and fixed within an hour to get me back on the road. These guys are courteous and very professional. Excellent experience and I'll be back!

I experienced the services of North Coast Alignment twice already, and in both cases my feedback is excellent. They provide excellent service, personnel is courteous, you check in your vehicle and they give you a ride home, they call you with updates on the status of the vehicle, they ask approval to continue the job after giving you an estimate of cost, and they call you when the job is done. Quality of repair is first class.

Once again, Sean and North Coast Alignment have gone to great lengths to fix my 12 year old car! As a retired, single teacher, I hear hilarious tales of car nightmares! While North Coast ALignment's reputation precedes itself, I have experienced it first hand. Their honesty , forthrightness, tenacity and generosity are at the top of the car maintenance list! You guys found a rattle in my Mercedes that I've been fighting for 5 years. 2 Dealers and another shop couldn't figure it out and you guys spotted it when doing an oil change! And then you fixed it for free!! I'm blown away. You've got my business.

I had been overcharged and when I called to bring it to Brian's attention he refunded the money that I was due. This impressed me so much that I plan to return to the shop for any future repairs.
