I immediately felt comfortable when I walked into N Coast Alignment. It was a nice feeling since that is usually not the case regarding auto shops. I believe Shawn is who I dealt with at the front desk. He was easy going and explained everything that they were doing and why. He spoke in a car language that I could understand, while not once making me feel like he was talking down to me. I didn't feel ripped off which gives them a golden star in my book. The car was done exactly when he said it would be as well.

I have liked going to North Coast because I believe they don't do any work that doesn't need done. They are also very good to explain things so I can understand. It's really hard to find a mechanic that is trustworthy. However, there is a limit to what that is worth and I think they are getting a little greedy with their charges. Don't expect any breaks in price here.

As always great service at a reasonale price

I had my Acura repaired at North Coast Alignment this week. I am so happy with the way the car is driving now. The customer service at this shop was unbelievable. Shaun was terrific. The car was not drivable when I brought it in. Shaun arranged for a driver to take me home and pick me up when the car was ready. Goodbye Acura Dealer - I will not be coming back with my car. North Coast Alignment is my repair shop of choice from now on. I will be telling everyone I know about this excellent experience.

I was very pleased with how quickly North Coast completed the smog test (less than 15 minutes). It was very easy.

Staff was helpful and quick. The only negative would be that NCA is very expensive.
