Hi I am writing a review because it's rare to find an automotive repair shop that has such good customer service, as well as doing a great job with repairs. It's nice to know that I have a local shop to take my car when needing a smog check, or tire alignment etc. The fact that they have been in business for a long time, and are very trust worthy is very important to me also. I had to have my VW smogged at a test only station and was delighted when I saw that North Coast Alignment could do it. As in the past, the staff was courteous, knowledgable and made me feel welcomed and recognized. They always go the extra mile to give me great service as well as great value. ...and it's not just because I can drive my car there and walk home. They always remember me and my car and get me in and out quickly and at a good price. They might be a little higher priced than some shops but it's worth it to me to be able to trust them and their recommendations.
