The work took longer than originally anticipated and was pretty pricey, but they are so professional and always offer a ride to and from their shop.

While occasionally taking longer than originally projected, the completed servicing has always been excellent. My automobile always works much better after having spent time with Drive. I’ve used them for years and am only hesitant to openly recommend them because I fear they’ll get too busy to continue being great at their job - not really - they’re good because they doggedly find and fix the problems. If you haven’t already, consider giving them a try. There are plenty of reasons why they get voted so highly so often.

Servicing my car was done very professionally. 2 extra recommended items were definitely needed. Only negative was it took a couple of hours to start, despite having an appointment.

Good quick car service & repair. Experienced delay in shuttle pick up from work when my car was ready, but grateful to have the service. And upon comparison I found their prices to be a bit high.

The service was great, faster than expected, the people were nice. All good. But when I got in my car to leave, all my mirrors were wrong, my seat adjustments changed and my steering wheel cranked way up. So I had to pull over and fix everything. Is this normal or is it a joke on me? Just curious...I’ll still come back. Thanks.

Customer service was great and I was in and out of there very quickly for my Smog Check.
