I had a severe oil leak and I dropped the car off at CIA and the next day they had it apart and had me come over to see what was wrong with my own eyes. I agreed to the price quote and it was done by the next day. When it was time to pay the bill it was less than they said and they had replaced several other parts while they had the motor disassembled. To top it off they washed and vaccumed and changed my oil! Thanks guys!

excellent service timely and friendly

I had heard many great things regarding North Coast Alignment from friends and family, but it took me almost 2 years to see it for myself. I had an alignment problem that was previously troubleshot by two different shops (one being the Nissan dealer). NCA was able to resolve the issue on the first visit for half the cost of the "other guys." The staff is great to work with and I look forward to having my car serviced by honest well-skilled technicians. I would refer my mom to these guys... they are that good.
