Solana Beach Auto Repair

I needed my brakes fixed really badly and I was referred by someone at a tire store to North Coast Alignment. Although it was a costly repair, I didn't feel in any way like I was being "oversold" on anything. Shawn was very helpful and explained exactly what they would need to do to in order to fix my car. Everyone in the shop was very nice and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Now Im in the market for breaks. What would my options be

I've used their smog service for the last three years. Not as cheap as some of the test-only locations on Miramar but the convenient location and personable employees make up for it. They also did an alignment on my car. A week later, my mechanic found and replaced worn rear suspension joints; realignment was required. North Coast was very apologetic for not finding the worn components themselves and realigned the car at no charge.

The fit me in without an appointment; fixed some problems that a previous garage had caused, and showed me a couple others I hadn't seen yet.

My second time using Cali Imports for my BMW. These guys are the best in the area...they effectively troubleshoot subtle problems, and solve them without guessing or upselling. I'm very pleased with the service, reasonable costs, and friendly staff that always let you know what's going on with your vehicle.
