Communication was excellent and service was prompt.My mechanic surprised me and replaced my defunct front windshield wiper washer with a working one from the rear.This kind of attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

This is the second time that the great people at North coast have really helped me out. I don't know anything about cars so when I get varied opinions of what needs done I am totally lost. At North Coast they will explain the different opinions, tell me what needs done and why in words I can understand. They even called the tire shop on my behalf the last time to get it straightened out! Besides, their work is always top notch...making my vehicles run great.
