I bought a used Prius from the dealer a year ago. Since then I have had bad experience after bad experience with Toyota's service department, which was terribly disappointing after spending so much money on a car there. I am a mom with a 2 year old, and was feeling taken advantage of for not knowing enough about my car myself to discern what was reasonable and what was not and as I started checking and getting multiple estimates, I realized I was getting ripped off. I am so happy to have found somewhere that seems small, efficient, family-like, and honest. I sat in the front office the other day waiting to pick up my car and saw multiple people come in knowing the owner by name, and then saw him go outside to help a little old lady who couldn't figure out something computer related on her car. I could tell he wasn't charging her, she just stopped by because she was confused. The act of kindness was what sold me on the place, as well as the money I saved and efficiency of those I encountered. Thanks so much, I can't tell you what a relief it is to have found somewhere I feel I can trust.
