As always, Brian explains the work/cost for work to be done thoroughly, the work is completed on time and the guys make an effort to keep the inside of my ancient Tahoe as clean as possible. My Chrysler Town and Country 2008 Minivan spent 9 service visits at Bob Baker Chrysler in Carlsbad to fix a noise coming from new tires I purchased from them. Bob Baker could never fix the noise and told me the tires they sold me were the mfg tire that came with the van. 9 months went by and finally I took vehicle to North Coast Alignment as a referral from Discount Tire. North Coast test drove the car, put on rack and said they felt it was the wheel bearings. There was no guarantee because the car on the rack at the shop did not demonstrate 100% wheel bearing symptoms. North Coast proceeds to replace the wheel bearings and the problem was fixed. The car runs straight, tight and seems better then new on the road feeling. I am extremely satisfied and would refer North Coast Wheel Alignment to everyone.
