Once again, timely, outstanding, professional service. I felt comfortable that only the necessary work was performed and was kept informed of status by the service manager on a regular basis.

My F-150 has been eating tires and shaking every single time I step on the brakes. After doing a FREE yes can you believe that FREE courtesy inspection of my truck Shaun the manager took me back and showed me I had badly worn ball joints and my brakes were almost metal to metal. He said he had the parts in the warehouse and could have me back on the road by the end of the day. They took me home and picked me up when the truck was finished. FOR FREE!!! Excellent service, great attitudes and a refreshing pleasure to do business with.. And the little black dog is super cute..

As usual, the service we got was impeccable! Both cars needed servicing and our time was limited. CIA was able to work around our schedules, service the cars with the care and quality they always do and at a fair and honest price. We couldn't ask for more! Thank you CIA and all your employees.

My experience fast fair& friendly

I made an appointment for a smog test and was in and out in less than 15 minutes! The service was friendly and the waiting area very clean.

What made the service all the more impressive was that Sean took the car in and stayed late to have the repair completed knowing that we were shipping our car accross country the next day.
