My F-150 has been eating tires and shaking every single time I step on the brakes. After doing a FREE yes can you believe that FREE courtesy inspection of my truck Shaun the manager took me back and showed me I had badly worn ball joints and my brakes were almost metal to metal. He said he had the parts in the warehouse and could have me back on the road by the end of the day. They took me home and picked me up when the truck was finished. FOR FREE!!! Excellent service, great attitudes and a refreshing pleasure to do business with.. And the little black dog is super cute..

As usual, the service we got was impeccable! Both cars needed servicing and our time was limited. CIA was able to work around our schedules, service the cars with the care and quality they always do and at a fair and honest price. We couldn't ask for more! Thank you CIA and all your employees.

I made an appointment for a smog test and was in and out in less than 15 minutes! The service was friendly and the waiting area very clean.
