We were very happy with the service that were received. We believe that they find customer service to be there number one priority and will do just about anything to make the customer satisfied. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

We live in Maine but spend over 3 months in Del Mar each year to be near our adult children. We have taken our daughter's car to North Coast in the past. It is very pleasant dealing with Sean. So far, North Coast seems to have diagnosed the problem of the front end of the 2005 Saab we were considering buying and then did purchase. It's running well. They are professional, honest, and we trust their opinion. We like them enough to now refer our son whose diesel truck is making noise!

I have been coming to North Coast for a couple years now. They have great friendly service and go above and beyond for their customers.

As a guy that likes to work on his own cars, when I need to take my car into a mechanic I really like going to one that talks with you instead of talking down to you. Sean and his colleagues make you feel like they respect you and appreciate your business. I took my car in for an alignment and it was ready on time, the service was great.

They fit me into their schedule and got the job done that same day.Shawn is very friendly and helpful in explaining what they are going to do and why they are going to do it.

Made an appointment. Got there 5 mins early and was helped immediately. Smog check took about 15 mins. Also overhead phone calls about other services provided by North Coast Alignment. If I need any repair work on my cars, I'm taking them there.
