Sean was professional and knowledgeable and got the work done in a short amount of time. He had a driver pick me up at home and bring me back to the shop when my car was ready. Very impressed and saved the hassle of finding transportation.

Was able to quickly obtain a appointment at a time convenient to me for the next day. Showed up to their busy facility, registered within five minutes, and was out of there 20 minutes later. Barely had time to respond to one email!

As with my past experiences with NCA, all work on my Scion was professionally done and on time. In addition to the brake job on my Scion, I needed some warranty work done on my 4Runner. NCA identified the problem and completed the warranty work in a few hours. All without any cost to me. I could not ask for better service.

I experienced the services of North Coast Alignment twice already, and in both cases my feedback is excellent. They provide excellent service, personnel is courteous, you check in your vehicle and they give you a ride home, they call you with updates on the status of the vehicle, they ask approval to continue the job after giving you an estimate of cost, and they call you when the job is done. Quality of repair is first class.

Once again, Sean and North Coast Alignment have gone to great lengths to fix my 12 year old car! As a retired, single teacher, I hear hilarious tales of car nightmares! While North Coast ALignment's reputation precedes itself, I have experienced it first hand. Their honesty , forthrightness, tenacity and generosity are at the top of the car maintenance list!
