My 13 year old Mini Cooper S has received the best of care and runs like a dream, I've been surprised at how smooth she feels, so much so that I hate to sell it. Brian the manager has a wonderful trustworthy nature and much more reasonable pricing structure than other quality shops around. Took my car in for an oil change. Brian, the Manager, and Laura, the Administrator, greeted me with a smile. They called me 90 minutes later telling me my car was done. When I returned back, they had done a complete inspection of my car and had some recommendations they suggested I do on my next visit. No pressure, just pure information on how to keep my car running smoothly. This is now my go-to shop, no more dealer for me and my family. I've never experienced such great customer service.

I have been with Drive AutoCare for several years, since my previous mechanic sold his business to Drive.They are very thorough and always explain the procedures and costs to me.

I have already recommended this particular shop to friends and neighbors who have used it's services and thanked me. I walked in not expecting to be serviced that day and was pleasantly surprised that the shop would shuttle me home and perform the necessary repairs. Car needed more attention than I expected and Kelley was kind enough to guide me through issues (specifics were emailed to me) and tell me what I could put off and for how long. I put very few miles on the car and mostly local and had some recent unexpected expenses so wanted to be conservative, Prices seemed fair.Nice to have a friendly proficient business conveniently located.
