Gratitude rating. My husband and I have brought our cars to Drive Auto Care for over ten years. We originally were referred to them from our relationship with the President of a company that my husband and I work in the entertainment transportation industry. They used their services for their company vehicles. Why do we loyal customers, it is very simple, we value their high level of integrity, customer service and 100% satisfactory mechanical services. We now only have one vehicle and it is a 2011 BMW that as a result of PREVENTIVE maintenance, we are grateful that we have not had any major issues. At this time during COVID, we are very grateful as our most recent service our car received a clean bill of mechanical health. All that was needed was the annual services needed to keep our car in pristine running condition. Thank you!
