As the Title indicates, this company has always provided me with prompt and courteous service. I came in for a smog check and it was finished in less than an hour.

I had taken my Audi A3 to Drive AutoCare for service last summer. Recently, my Audi's multifunction light went on and the car was running rough. Since this was something more specific, I wasn't sure if I should take it to the dealer, but Paul at Drive AutoCare said they could take care of it and they did - Cylinder was misfiring due to worn out spark plug and coil. They were also able to give me a ride home and back to the shop when my car was ready.

Had brake pads inspected and within an hour got feedback that no repairs necessary and no charge for the inspection.
