A huge thank you to Drive for fixing my 2003 Toyota Sequoia driver side door handle. I could not open the door from the inside and the outside handle was hit and miss - obviously a big problem. The car is 20 years old so I do have periodic wear and tear issues in which Drive has found the most economical and time efficient solutions currently and in the past. A special thank you to Paul who always treats me and my car with great customer service!

Wonderful service with Michael and his team. Very prompt. I was able to walk in with my DMV letter stating that I needed a smog check this year. Pretty much a pain for me to do but I literally went down the street from where I live, asked a few questions and they took my car in. Took under 30 minutes and they processed the DMV report directly. Nothing more for me to do. Great service, prompt, friendly. I will use them again for other car needs. PS, I drove a BMW 428i.

After servicing my cars several times I have found Drive to be dependable, honest, flexible, and high quality. They are very knowledgeable and have identified problems right in the first try. They work with you to determine the best option for your car. Plus their service turnaround time is quick. Paul is always on top of what's going on.

Brian, Service Manager, was great. His timely communications and clear explanations helped me understand the needed repairs. Workmanship appears excellent. My only concern was length of time needed to complete work.

First time customer and definlitely a 5 Star in customer service and very satisfied. Will be back!
