North Coast took in my Lexus with short notice. They managed to diagnose a vibration that it had been doing since I bought it 3 years ago. Two Lexus dealerships couldn't figure it out and I had spent over $1500 while Lexus guessed at it.North Coast found a bad bushing and had the part in stock. They replaced the bushing, aligned my car and rotated the tires in less than 2 hours! All for under $200. Amazing. They even took me back to my office and picked me up when it was done.It's never driven better and that stupid vibration is gone. I'm taking my wife's Honda in next week for its 60,000 mile service. North Coast has my business for life.

Very courteous and detail oriented. Have me my options and gave me no pressure. Have me the car washed and clean. Couldn't ask for a better car repair experience.
