I got a quick, accurate estimate for my 60k check-up. I was told the service would take 2 hours, which it did. A driver brought me home after dropping off my car, and picked me up when my car was done. It could not have gone any easier or smoother. Polite and professional all the way around. P.S. I made an appointment ahead of time, which really helps.
