Brought the car in with a maintenance light on. Was diagnosed when they promised. It turned out to be minor and we were out within a few hours. Very timely, friendly and honest!

Excellent mechanics and honest service every time.

I was at the beach and my car stated acting super wired. It was not getting power to the radio and stalling out. I had it towed to California Import Auto. It turned out to be just the battery but they put a new one in right away and reset my radio. I also had a burned out headlight and the mechanic replaced for free! They even had dog treats for my pup!! I will totally bring my car back again!

I've used them for many years. Always a great experience. Good honest people.

I have only had great service until the most recent time and left feedback disappointed that my oil change was quoted as $40 and turned out to be $97. The owner Mike called personally and said he would honor the quoted price. He was straight up, said he would fix it right away and I almost fell off my chair.

I was very pleased with Brian's professionalism. They gave me a ride back home so I didn't have to wait for my car - and offered a ride back. That was great! And even though the cost was more than expected (isn't it always with car repair;-) the quality, timeliness and level of communication was top notch. Would definitely recommend.
