Almost immediate response diagnosis and repair.Being out of town and on the weekend, i have not yet been able to drive the car. Only complaint so far is receiveing email at 1am on a Sunday for a survey!

Our experience w Drive Auto was terrific. We ended up needing some fairly extensive work done and Brian explained it all very thoroughly. Their customer service was great and we have a great deal of confidence both in the work they did and the competiveness of their pricing.

Good people, fast service, quality work. I used to go to the dealer, because I could get a rental car, but I've found that I can save money by using Drive, and I feel like they are more transparent and informative.

As always Brian and the staff provided excellent service. They always provide me with details and let me know what may be coming up in future visits. Appointment times are dependable and ride service to my home is never a problem. I've been coming here for over six years and my car is running great!

My battery died. I had to work. AAA recharged it, but I needed a new battery stat (AAA didn't carry the kind I need in their truck.) I called California Import Auto. They had my special battery, told me to come in straightaway, and they replaced my battery in 30 minutes. I was able to get to work in plenty of time. California Import Auto has been at the same location for 35 years. They are experienced in caring for Mercedes, BMWs and the like, and are cheaper and faster than the dealers, while doing quality work. They are also really nice people; they are my new auto specialists.

I highly recommend California Import Auto. They focus on providing great customer service and excellent work at a fair price.

I've been coming here for a few years and have always been treated fairly and honestly. My co-workers all use this shop and I know I've saved a boatload of money since I stopped taking my Porsche to the stupid dealership.
