As always Brian and the staff provided excellent service. They always provide me with details and let me know what may be coming up in future visits. Appointment times are dependable and ride service to my home is never a problem. I've been coming here for over six years and my car is running great!

My battery died. I had to work. AAA recharged it, but I needed a new battery stat (AAA didn't carry the kind I need in their truck.) I called California Import Auto. They had my special battery, told me to come in straightaway, and they replaced my battery in 30 minutes. I was able to get to work in plenty of time. California Import Auto has been at the same location for 35 years. They are experienced in caring for Mercedes, BMWs and the like, and are cheaper and faster than the dealers, while doing quality work. They are also really nice people; they are my new auto specialists.

Excellent location, excellent customer service, excellent timeliness, excellent communication, excellent repair and recommendations. This is exactly what I was looking for to keep my six year old volvo running good for many years. The location is perfect to wait for car, if need be, with all the cool shops and coffee stops. I thought the bill was going to be high with all the great service, but was very reasonable.
