Local is great— headed for a meeting, saw the “replace battery” sign in my Acura, and stopped at Drive on my way to see when I could return for service. Was able to leave the car then, get to my meeting, and return in an hour! All missions accomplished!! Now that’s the best of local!

Oh these guys are good.. I mean amazingly good! Let’s start with I’m a short blond female with a first generation 4runner. 1988 to be exact, also means she’s always a “work in progress” Which some mechanic’s would see dollar signs when I walk in. Not at Drive. I referred by good friend Karin, and I will tell you what I am so glad she did! They inspected my car, Brisn & I talked about what was necessary and what wasn’t. I had bilstien shocks installed, the steering linkage replaced and my front brake caliper was seized so that got replaced as well (amongst other things) I dropped my car off on Thursday morning and it was done by closing Friday. Outstanding! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Drive Auto. They are honest, friendly, fast and thorough. I love this truck and plan on having it for many years to come. Let’s put it this way... they just didn’t “fix” my truck, they took care of my truck. They have a customer for life.

The necessary repairs are explained so well the average individual can understand, repair costs are always reasonable, all the mechanics are choosing to work there because of the environment and shop ethics. You will always experience complete confidence when the work is completed.

Love this place... a great find in Solana Beach. The service is fast and friendly and much more economical than taking it to the dealer. Our family has used Drive for all of our cars in the past year and every time has been a great experience. I highly recommend this place for fast, friendly and economical service!
