I had a severe oil leak and I dropped the car off at CIA and the next day they had it apart and had me come over to see what was wrong with my own eyes. I agreed to the price quote and it was done by the next day. When it was time to pay the bill it was less than they said and they had replaced several other parts while they had the motor disassembled. To top it off they washed and vaccumed and changed my oil! Thanks guys!
So far I'm thoroughly impressed with the staff and mechanics at CIA. Very thorough, reasonable, call you with updates in a timely manner. Hoping to bring my other cars in for work soon!
Always terrific service. I drive quite a distance just to be able to take my car here. Nice to know that there is a auto service center that you can trust.
Perfect ! They are fast professional and honest, their shuttle service will take you home and pick you up. Their work is solid, all I can say is I wish I found them sooner.
Nick was a a pleasure to work with. He provided the estimate when he said he would. My car was ready when it was suppose to be and he communicated with me during the day. I am grateful to have found California Import Auto.
