The battery in my Porsche Panamera would not turn over the engine and when I called Drive Auto during the current COVID-19 shelter-in-place, they drove over to my home; charged the battery enough to start the engine; drove my car back to the shop where they tested to determine that the battery needed to be replaced; put in the new battery and drove the car back to our home; and the price was 35% less than Porsche Service would have charged.

I've always been happy with the service with the service I've received here and will continue returning for as long as I own a car.

Excellent service, price and knowledgeable staff. Paul Collins asked diagnostic questions over the phone to help determine the problem, which was far less complicated than the dealership and another company suggested. A simple tire alignment solved the problem for less than $100. Done within two hours and the car is running is perfect.
