Great customer service and timely repair

Seriously a class act of a company. I had to come back for a subsequent issue after a repair. I did not ask for a thing but they saw I was disappointed in not having this issue corrected at the same time as my repair the day before and they ended up not charging me. Again I never asked for that. That is so rare, definitely an organization of integrity and they can be trusted to do the right thing.

After the repair on my car ended up being something silly (which some mechanics would have been dishonest about), I am certain that I can trust the people at Drive. I was putting it off, worrying about the expense and hassle... I'm so, so glad I brought my car here. It really made my day and was such a relief. Brian is an absolute angel. Thank you guys!! You've got yourself a lifelong customer.

Great Excellent, friendly service. I dropped my car off for routine service first thing in the morning and I was on my way again before 10am. Brian took the time to carefully explain the dash warning I was getting after fixing it and the bill was very reasonable. We have taken our cars to DRIVE before and have always been very pleased. We've found them to be honest and professional.

Easy to schedule an appointment with and they did not try to upsell me on unnecessary service. They work was done well and quickly.
