The staff was first class with a friendly attitude and smile. The work is professional and the timing was exact In on time and out when they said it would be ready. Knowledgeable about the area. I asked where I could go for a nice breakfast while my car was being worked on. The receptionist sent me to Cindy's, just a short walk from the shop, where I had one of the finest dining experiences one could hope for. I can't say enough about this place.

North Coast Alignment fixed a problem I've had with my Chevy pickup since it was new! My truck had always pulled to the left when I hit the brakes. Three different dealers couldn't figure it out. They had replaced the entire front brake system twice and basically told me "they all do that" which I knew wasn't true. Discount Tire recommended North Coast (I love Discount Tire) and these guys figured out it was an alignment problem in about 10 minutes!!! I was out of there in under an hour and spent 80 bucks!!! No more pulling. I was so grateful I tipped the mechanic $20. And I'm not a big tipper. I love this place!

The folks at North Coast Alignment were very friendly and very helpful. Not only did they fix my car, they also helped me drop off my husband's flat tire to get fixed, and then they put the fixed tire on for him, free of charge! I would definitely recommend them.

Everybody at my office uses this shop, so I tried them out. What a surprise! I've never felt so at ease getting my BMW serviced. Being a woman, I'm always hesitant about believing what I'm told my car needs. Not with these guys. They're honest and skilled. I'll be back.
