My husband brought his car in Monday for a regular service. Then Tuesday I had to make an emergency visit with my car. Both instances were excellent! We have been coming here for two years now for our two MBZs. The quality of work is always excellent, Brian always makes us feel that our satisfaction is the most important thing to him. They always make the effort to accommodate our schedule and most definitely the quality and care we get is the best value for our money. Rates are very reasonable compared to others out there.

The manager Brian has great patience and customer service skills. Being new to Solana Beach I was looking for an honest reliable auto repair close to home. A neighbor suggested them highly. I needed a big repair at my 105k mile mark in an 05 LEXUS. I had not until now needed to invest much except normal maintenance. I compared their pricing and nearly exactly what others further away would charge. $1372.00 later I believe I've made the right decision. They provided me a ride home and came back next day to pick me up. And by the way they had my car washed because it had been out overnite, some tree sap had dropped on it they said and they noticed it had just been waxed when I brought it in!! They give 3yr. Or 36k mile warranty too on all repairs!! Very uncommon. Only one minor negative is a little hard the first time to find the very small shop on coastal 101 and tight limited street parking. 08/21/2015
