Good experience

This is the BEST Auto Repair place I've ever been to. My Service Advisor, Miguel, is the Best. He is a true professional and friendly. I am a his customer, not a number. I first went to here about 2 years ago to get a 2nd opinion for an oil leak a Jag Dealer told me would cost over $3,300 to repair for one valve cover gasket. The mechanic at Drive took the time to clean the area, thoroughly inspect it and determined there was no an oil leak. They charged me $185 for their time and the car hasn't leaked a drop since. They earned my business, but more importantly, my trust!

Just making sure my Van was running well. No charge - just a quick check. Now that is really caring about the quality of their service and the satisfaction of their customers. Thank you

Called Jose Wednesday and took the car in Thursday morning. Jose had diagnosed the problem and ordered a new part by lunch. The part came in Friday morning, and I was back on the road before lunchtime!! My old repair shop wouldn't have even had the diagnosis before Friday afternoon! Highly recommend!!

I was concerned that my car was acting up as the warning light was on for a couple of days. Thankfully Drive analyzed the issue and walked me through the plan to fix the issue. It was not a "quick fix" but I am not an addict either. I was and am looking for something more long term. Glad someone recommended Drive to me!
