I have been a customer of Drive Autocare for about 7 years now. I have always had a hard time trusting people to work on my car but I can honestly say this team has exceeded expectations every time. They go above and beyond in the service they provide, are great with communication, and never push you to do unnecessary repairs. When I first became a customer I worked with Paul mostly and more recently have worked with Troy. Both are great and I will continue to keep coming back because of my experiences with them.

Thought I needed brakes. They talked me out of it and said I should be good until my next oil change. What repair shop does that?!

My 2010 Sienna was towed in by roadside assistance. They were able to shuttle me to work and give me an estimate within a few hours. They had a front akle ordered and replced by the next day, needing time to drive it and make sure it was good to go. I took theif shuttle back to the shop.

Troy and all the AutoCare gang were awesome. This was my first time taking my 2019 Tacoma there for service. I've wasted the last 3 years going to Toyota of Poway they are so over priced and Customer Service is lacking. If you're looking for a great place to have your car worked on then this is the place. Everyone there was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. I was able to drop my car off for brake replacement the same day that I called and even got a ride home.
