I called and spoke with Brian when my older Jaguar's " check cooling" light came on. They fit me in right to their schedule and diagnosed the problem as a leak from the cooling fluid cap - and replaced it. I have always been very pleased with the service my car has received at CA Import Auto. Brian is very helpful and runs a tight shop!

They are always professional. They DON'T talk to a woman like she is DUMB and knows nothing about a car!!!!! They do a really good job of estimating time when the car will be ready. I won't take my car anywhere else.

Once again, a very positive experience. The repair was done on very short notice and the results are satisfactory and the price was reasonable. I have a 12 year old BMW 525 that acts up every now and then and I don't hesitate or angst to call Bryan and bring my car to his shop. The mechanics are excellent with their diagnosis and repair. They take pride in doing quality work and it shows. I believe this is the culture at California Import Auto.
