I have been doing business with North Coast Alignment for more than 8 years. The quality of service has been great. Shawn is quite knowledgeable, has always been fair, given me options to reduce costs and has been willing to refer me to my dealer if the part is still under warranty. This has saved me several thousand dollars and made me a loyal continuing customer. Folks I have referred have had the same positive experience.

My husband & I have been taking our MBZs to CIA for 2 years now & couldn't be more pleased! We have all the trust and confidence in their business, integrity and repair work. From routine maintenance to emergency repairs - the work has been excellent. Very good value for our money and never over kill. They never try to push work on you that isn't really necessary. My wife and I have lived in the area for 3 years now and have been to the majority of the different mechanics either here in Solana Beach, up in Encinitas, or in around Sorrento Valley/UTC-- these guys hands down provide the best service for the best price. We recently had to have a number of things done to my wife's Audi as it past the 100K mile mark, I'm pretty knowledgable with cars and after calling three or four different shops to price things out these guys definetely gave the most honest, straight forward estimate. They were also cheapest on a line by line comparison. Thanks a ton and you can count on us to continue coming to to you guys when we need auto work done!

Had an appointment and my car was done quickly but also completed efficiently. They made suggestions of what should be repaired as soon as possible and what I might want to consider repairing in the long term. I appreciated the apparent truthfulness and factual information versus being pushed to spend more. Felt like they truly cared about the condition of my vehicle not just getting more money.
