My Panamara Porsche died on the freeway; had it towed to Drive. Brian told me I had big problem with the engine but rather than trying to sell me on replacing it, he did some research and found the problem was due to a recall on my model. He helped me with the service man at Porsche and recommended I take it there for them to take care of recall issue. Honest, honest, honest. Thumbs up!!!

Arrived on time for appt. and was taken at once. Very courteous people, AND a cup of coffee. Job was done swiftly. It was a good experience.

Completed the work quickly. Staff very friendly and helpful. The technician who completed the work came out and explained what was done. He answered my questions about other things I could do to enhance the performance of my 4Runner.

They refused to fix what wasn't broken. After assessing the necessary adjustment, they explained the details and completed the repair. In fact, they found a defect with my tire -- I went to Discount Tire and got a new one! This is now my place for north county alignments.

I really appreciate their honest assessment of my requested work order which resulted in doing less work on the car and saving me a lot of money!

The people at Drive Auto care are professional and courteous. Brian, the Manager, is excellent at diagnostics and committed to customer satisfaction. My son has been going here for years. The pricing is reasonable - certainly less than dealers. I recently had significant front suspension work done on our 2004 Lexus ES 330 with 111,000 miles - now the car drives like new. This was a two day job; I received a loaner car and our car was washed and vacuumed. Strongly recommend.

Easy peasy. Took the tension out of being smog certified. Professionsl snd fast. Had time to browse a couple local shops in the few minutes it took. It is obvious the staff love what they do. Joanna gould
