I'm writing this review because I really appreciate how Drive Auto handled a serious problem. I've been taking my 2005 Prius to Drive Auto for a few years for regular maintenance and have always been satisfied. Recently my Prius required a new hybrid battery. This is not your typical battery! It's close to three grand when all is said and done and that's a considerable savings over what Toyota wanted to charge. They did the job and all seemed fine for several months until one day all my warning lights came on. Drive diagnosed it as a computer problem and told me that Toyota had a 15 year warranty on the computer and they would replace it for free. Of course I took it to Toyota where they opened the battery to access the computer only to inform me that opening it voided the warranty on the computer and therefore they wouldn't replace it. I called Drive and they went to bat for me and replaced the battery and computer for free plus gave me a 3 year warranty on the new hybrid battery! Obviously I am a loyal customer now!

Came in for a smog check. Everything was done in about 10 min. Very professional and friendly staff.

Went in for a brake check, tire rotation, fluid check. Everything was fine. This is something I do myself after working on vehicles for 50 years, but since this is a F-250 HD crew cab truck I was not in the mood to do it this time. They did a great job and the front office was great to deal with.

Seem to be very nice people. Much cheaper than the BMW dealer.

The service and repairs are completed in a timely manner and Brian always gives me a complete explanation and options concerning repairs.I do appreciate the skill of the mechanics and customer service has made it convenient and without stress.
