I love the personalized & friendly service at NCA. I've gone to them for one large 90,000-120,000 mile check up on my car as well as for oil changes. I love that they tell you exactly what to expect and don't try to sell you anything you don't need or push extras/upgrades unlike other places. They are very reasonably priced and I always feel comfortable asking them my car questions!

I took my daughters car in this week with a stuck key in the drivers side door to North County Alignment.Before I left Sean had already ordered the new lock assembly from Honda. To my surprise I got a ride home from a courteous young man.Sean said the car would be done at the end of the day and true to his word even with some difficulties we picked the car that evening.
