My experience with Drive Autocare/North Coast Alignment has always been pleasant. The service manager, Shaun, goes above and beyond in customer service, and I always feel that my car is in great hands, being that the service team truly cares for the well-being of your vehicle. I was recommended to Drive/NorthCoast simply to align my newly set of tires, which actually led the service technician to point out a bundle of very serious problems with my car's engine and axles that my dealership had neglected to inform me of. Shaun was considerate of price ranges and time efficiency to repair the significant issues, and my car has never run any better after their work. Quite honestly, my car has not returned to the dealership since. I prefer taking it to Drive/North Coast every time it is due for service, knowing that Shaun and the service team not only know me by name, but remember the details of my car and exactly how to maintain it so that it continues to drive at its best.
