I called to make sure I could come in, Yep. I pulled up 5 min later, they took my info, grabbed my keys.. said it would be about 30 min. ... maybe 15-20, min later I was out the door. $68 and 25 total min. .. done! THANK YOU!!

So far I am very pleased with this business, having switched from Dealer service for my older Sienna. Drive has thus far been at least as capable of keeping my high mileage car in working order.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I was in for a smog check. They did it in 25 minutes and were professional in every way the women at the front desk were very knowledgable and accommodating. I will now bring my auto issues directly to them in the future.

Completed the work quickly. Staff very friendly and helpful. The technician who completed the work came out and explained what was done. He answered my questions about other things I could do to enhance the performance of my 4Runner.

They refused to fix what wasn't broken. After assessing the necessary adjustment, they explained the details and completed the repair. In fact, they found a defect with my tire -- I went to Discount Tire and got a new one! This is now my place for north county alignments.
