I came in for an oil change last week; the location is near by and it was convenient. The oil change was quick and the staff was super nice! Brian was incredibly helpful and even put in a new battery in my key with no additional charge. I brought my car in on a Friday afternoon and was surprised that they were able to look at my car and get the job done before closing. I was completely prepared to be out of a car for a weekend. I will definitely be coming back here for future car maintenance.

Service was excellent as always and my elderly Tahoe runs just like new.

needed a smog check for my Porsche Cayman, they are about the only ones in this area that will work on the Porsche. GOOD JOB !!!

Paul took great care of me and my car. I received a ride home and he personally called and reviewed the estimate with me. Drive replaced my brakes front and rear. I am a salesman who relies on his car and I do know what good brakes feel like. Result, No pull or pulsing when I applied the brakes, I approve of the work. I had a bit of a car emergency and no local mechanic. I have always previously used Encinitas Ford. I vowed I would NEVER go to Ford again, in my opinion they are uneducated in what they are supposed to specialize in... cars. I had a friend tell me about Drive in Solana z Beach and said he had been taking his car there for years. I called early am and reached they’re answering service. Again, generally in my experience answering service companies are a bit difficult to communicate with, but starting here, with the answering service my experience was AMAZING. Brian from Drive called me well before the opening hours, heard my situation and made it possible for me to drop my car immediately. He told me about their shuttle that could get me to work which I’m not sure why but I was surprised, I suppose because I thought it was only large dealer-type places that offered shuttles. It gets better, Brian goes way above and beyond for me here, I tell him I have two dogs with me and would they be allowed in the shuttle car. “No problem. We’re very dog friendly here.” Drive had to keep my car overnight and provided a rental car at no charge to me. They diagnosed the problem right away, and quickly my car was repaired and I was back in it in such a short time. As you can tell, I could, and have, gone on about how wonderful Drive is and Brian’s customer service was nothing I had ever previously experienced. Thank you Drive and thank you Brian for making this such a positive experience. I hope to not have to see you soon, but when the time comes I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK✌🏻

I always took my car to Escondido Mini for service. Not only the drive was far from my house but my past 2 visits with them was very poor customer service. I decided to try a local mechanic near my house. The Drive mechanics were outstanding. My car was done sooner than I expected and they were very professional. I highly recommend their business to whom that are looking for reliable mechanics.
